Double-wall HDPE conduit for telecommunications, fiber optics, and electrical networks. Smooth interior for friction-free cable routing, compressive strength of up to 1,000 N, and compliance with NBR 15715.
The Problem
Buried electrical cables in metal conduits corrode and demand constant maintenance. For water drainage, single-wall pipe has a rough inner surface that cuts flow capacity, and its low stiffness lets the pipe deform under heavy backfill.
Both problems are expensive: stoppages on telecom projects, head loss in stormwater galleries, and rework on highways and railways.
The Techduto DW Solution
Techduto DW solves two problems with a single product: mechanical protection for electrical cables and hydraulic capacity for water drainage. The double wall (corrugated exterior + smooth interior) delivers SN 8 ring stiffness and compression of 900 N or more — above the NBR 15715 minimum. For water, the smooth interior lowers hydraulic roughness (low Manning coefficient) and maximizes flow. For cables, it guides the pull without deforming and without scuffing fiber-optic jackets. No corrosion, no maintenance, 50+ year service life.

Ring stiffness class SN 8 per NBR 15.715 + ISO 21138. Compressive strength ≥ 900 N (standard requires ≥ 680 N). Impact resistance ≥ 9 out of 12 specimens without cracks. Joint tightness: 0.05 MPa pressure / 0.03 MPa vacuum.
